Ontario Launches Canada’s First Occupational Exposure Registry to Protect Workers

The Landlord & Tenant Board advised in December 2025 that although the Provincial Bill 60 (Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025) affecting its procedures and timelines has been passed, it is still not in effect. They will advise when the legislation and the new Notice and Application forms will be ready to be used. See the link below:
